Caring for your new plant
What should I do when my plant arrives?
Unpack it straight away, water if the soil is dry, and let it settle in a spot with indirect light for a few days before moving it to its permanent position.
Why does my plant look a bit droopy after delivery?
This is normal – it's "transport shock" from time in the dark and changes in temperature/humidity. Most plants perk up within a few days with light watering and stable conditions.
How often should I water my new plant?
Check the seller's care notes first if there are any. Generally, let the top inch of soil dry out before watering most houseplants – avoid watering on a fixed schedule.
