Requesting a refund or disputing an order.
We want to make sure you have a safe and easy experience browsing and shopping on PrePlanted. If you have an issue where an item arrives damaged, dead (if a plant) or significantly different to what was advertised in the listing - you can dispute the order by selecting ‘Dispute Order’.
Try to take any photos that may help verify your claim.
The PrePlanted team will review the dispute within 48hrs and if valid issue a full refund. Disputes should be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.
