How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?
Check their profile to see if they have any reviews so far. Ask questions about the plant's health and care history before committing.
Should I meet in person or get items delivered?
For larger plants, local collection is often easiest – meet in a public place, like a car park, during daylight hours. For smaller items, ask the seller about safe postage.
What if an item arrives damaged or a plant is dead?
